As Zapatat’s Chief Operating Officer and laser technician, Izzy brings years of hands-on expertise and leadership to both our Arlington and Herndon locations. She oversees daily operations, supports and guides our team, and continuously works to elevate the level of service we provide.

Since joining Zapatat in 2020, Izzy has become known for her patience, grace, and exceptional attention to detail. She makes it a priority to explain each step of the process and creates a calm, reassuring environment for everyone she works with. Whether she’s caring for clients directly or refining internal workflows behind the scenes, Izzy is committed to delivering a smooth, supportive, and transformative experience for every person who walks through our doors.

From tattoo removal to skin rejuvenation, she ensures that each client receives a safe, effective, and personalized treatment tailored to their needs. Izzy is fluent in both Spanish and English, allowing her to connect with and support a diverse community of clients
