What to Expect From ART®
- Visible Results Fast – Most clients see noticeable fading after just one ART® session within 12 weeks.
- Proven Effectiveness – ART® clears most tattoos in 3–6 sessions, typically within 1-2 years.
- 30–80% Clearance – Especially effective for black ink tattoos on skin types I–IV.
- Skin Type Review – Your skin type (I–VI) is an important factor. ART® works best for skin types I–IV on black ink tattoos. For skin types V–VI, we’ll determine during your consultation whether ART® is the right option for you. Typically, we begin with one conventional treatment at the first visit, then consider ART® at a follow-up session depending on your results.
- Whenever possible, we recommend our signature ART® (Accelerated Removal Technique). In a single visit, you’ll receive four laser passes, delivering results equal to five or six conventional sessions. ART® sessions are scheduled about 12 weeks apart to give your body time to clear the ink.

Tattoo removal does involve some discomfort, but most clients describe it as a sensation similar to rubber band snaps or tiny sparks against the skin. The level of discomfort can vary depending on tattoo placement, ink density, and your individual pain tolerance. Areas with thinner skin or more nerve endings (like ribs, ankles, or wrists) may feel more sensitive.
